Call for abstracts for BRAIN DAY 2017

Don't miss the chance to showcase your neuroscience research at Brain Day 2017. The third annual, all-day event will be held on Thursday, October 26, at the University Club. Deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday, September 8, for one of two interactive poster sessions.  The two-hour sessions, one in the morning and another in the afternoon, are open to all faculty members, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students who conduct neuroscience-related research at Pitt. Prominent community members and University leaders, including Chancellor Pat Gallagher, will be among the guests. This event gives you an opportunity to interact with representatives of advocacy groups and potential donors who are interested in your line of work. Best Poster Awards will go to several postdocs and grad students, based on quality of research and presentation.

Submission is online and easy. If you are scheduled to present a poster at the Society for Neuroscience meeting in November, please note that we will accept the same abstract you have already submitted to SfN.
