Center for Neuroanatomy with Neurotropic Viruses

The Center for Neuroanatomy with Neurotropic Viruses (CNNV) is a national resource that serves investigators who are interested in using viral transneuronal tracing to study the functional organization of the nervous system. The Center provides high-titer, well-characterized strains of pseudorabies virus, herpes simplex virus and rabies virus for circuit analysis.
